Return & Refund Policy

At ABK Apparels, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, each product is prepared specifically for your order.

Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• The printed design is incorrect due to our mistake.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Color variation due to screen display.
• Orders that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Return Request

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order.

Please provide:

• Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos showing the issue

Refunds

Approved cases may receive:

• A replacement product, or
• A full refund if replacement is not possible.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed using the available payment method within a reasonable time.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
